This form is for RIT students completing one RIT degree and beginning a new degree at RIT.
Please complete the form below and submit it to International Student Services. The ISS staff will verify your successful admission to a new academic program and your financial information. When your new I-20 is ready you will receive an email from International Student Services.
If your EAD card end date is before your new degree program start date, you must ensure that your new degree starts not more than 60 days after your EAD card end date.
If your EAD card end date is after your new degree program start date, your OPT will end early, when ISS registers your new degree in SEVIS.
By submitting this form to request a new I-20 for your new degree level, you grant permission to ISS to issue your new I-20 and to register your new record when you report to ISS at the start of your new degree; registering your new record will cancel any active OPT.
