Lousto, Campanelli give virtual presentations at school

Two RIT faculty members from the Center for Computational Gravitation and Relativity have been invited to present special guest lectures this year for the Daniel Chalonge – Hector de Vega School in Paris, France. Professor Carlos Lousto’s presentation, “From simulations of binary black holes to insights into astrophysics and gravitational waves,” took place on Jan. 21. Professor Manuela Campanelli’s presentation, “Glimpse of Light from the Deep Universe: Supermassive Black Holes approaching Merger,” takes place on March 17.
