Schulze published in ‘Nature Communications’

Stefan Schulze, assistant professor in the Thomas H. Gosnell School of Life Sciences, co-published “Structural and regulatory components crucial to cell shape determination in Haloferax volcanii” in Nature Communications. This interdisciplinary study, combining proteomics, genetics, and advanced microscopy techniques, identified key elements responsible for regulating cell shape in the model archaeon Haloferax volcanii. The article was featured in PennToday and was selected as an Editor’s Highlight by Nature Communications.
