Team co-authors astrophysics book chapter
Joel Kastner, professor in the Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science and School of Physics and Astronomy, and RIT alumnus David Principe ’14 Ph.D. (astrophysical sciences and technology) co-authored a chapter for Springer’s Handbook of X-ray and Gamma-ray Astrophysics. The chapter focuses on the population of young stars (less than 100 million years old) within a few hundred light years of Earth.
