Zackary Santos ’19 (physics) ’19 MS (materials science and engineering) is the lead author of “Thermodynamic stability of defects in hybrid MoS2/InAs heterostructures” along with Pratik Dholabhai, assistant professor in the School of Physics and Astronomy. The article was published in the Computational Materials Science Journal.
