Anderson Elected to RIT Board of Trustees

Hamburg resident is president of Alumni Association

Kathleen Anderson

Kathleen Anderson of Hamburg has been elected to the Board of Trustees at Rochester Institute of Technology. Anderson, a 1994 graduate of RIT’s College of Liberal Arts, is also president of the RIT Alumni Association. The association serves more than 106,000 RIT alumni worldwide.

A media strategist with more than a decade of brand management experience, Anderson serves as a media director for Travers Collins & Co., a western New York based advertising agency. Anderson’s expertise includes trade, consumer and emerging media. She is directly responsible for the development and execution of the international media strategy of both Weight Watchers Sweet Goods and Corning Display Technologies.

RIT now has 52 active trustees, of whom 25 are alumni.
