Alumni will gather to watch the Frozen Four tournament at dozens of RIT-sponsored viewing parties taking place across the country.

Frozen Four fever is spreading well beyond Rochester. So as the men’s hockey team prepares to take to the ice this Thursday at Ford Field, RIT alumni from across the country are anxious for the opportunity to flash their Tiger pride.

RIT’s Office of Alumni Relations is sponsoring dozens of viewing parties to celebrate the RIT Tigers’ appearance at the NCAA Division I Frozen Four hockey tournament. The Tigers face the University of Wisconsin in the first round, beginning at 5 p.m. EST on April 8. The winner goes on to the finals on Saturday, April 10, for a shot at a national championship.

Viewing parties are planned from coast to coast, allowing RIT alumni to connect with other Tiger hockey fans while sharing the camaraderie that comes at the pinnacle of collegiate athletics.

For a complete list of viewing parties, visit the RIT Alumni Association’s Frozen Four Web site. You can also learn more about hosting your own viewing party or find out how to purchase Frozen Four merchandise.
