One ‘Freeze Fest Facebook Photo Challenge’ winner

Fans shared photos from ‘Freeze Fest’ on the RIT Facebook Fan Page and chose their favorite

Yerbol Yembergenov, an information technology graduate student, won the most recent RIT Facebook Photo Challenge for his photo, taken outside the Student Alumni Union, of a leaping tiger sculpted in ice.

Yerbol Yembergenov, an information technology graduate student from Karaganda, Kazakhstan, is the latest winner in the most recent RIT Facebook Photo Challenge.

Fans of the RIT Facebook Fan Page were asked to share pictures from Freeze Fest, Feb. 4–6, and to choose their favorites by “liking” them in the “Freeze Fest Facebook Photo Challenge.”

Yembergenov posted three photos of ice sculptures that he happened upon near the Student Alumni Union. The winning photo was of a leaping tiger—one of two sculptures.

For winning, Yembergenov earns a Barnes & Noble @ RIT gift package, including an RIT sweatshirt and a scarf, knit hat and gloves.
