Significant Gifts Fund Sweeping Renovations of School for American Crafts

RIT’s graduate glass art program, ranked second in the nation by U.S. News & World Report, has greatly benefitted from the renovated facilities.

Rochester Institute of Technology has received sizeable contributions toward the renovation of its School for American Crafts. The school has served as the center of crafts education at RIT for more than 60 years, offering undergraduate and graduate programs in ceramics, glass, metals and wood.

The donors will be announced during an official naming recognition ceremony at 10 a.m. Sept. 27 in the University Gallery, James E. Booth Hall, on the RIT campus.
