RIT University News Services wants to see your best photo work for possible credited inclusion in our publications, including Athenaeum.

We’re looking for candid photos of events, activities, people and places on our campus. Photos must be authentic, horizontal at 7.5” wide by 5” high and at least 300 dpi.

The photographer acknowledges that the photos are the creative work of the submitting individual, that the rights to the photos are owned by the submitting individual, and that the submitted photos do not violate copyright, fair use, or other commonly accepted guidelines for producing or reproducing creative work.

The photographer grants RIT University News Services the right to reproduce the entrant's images and publish the entrant's name, class year, major and hometown.

Send your photos as a jpeg attachment to athena@rit.edu, along with your name, academic major, anticipated year of graduation and a phone number and email where we can contact you. Faculty and staff, please include your contact information, title and department. Please include a caption of 50 words or less that includes identifications for any people in your photograph.

Using the subject line “Picture Perfect" in your email will help us identify submissions.
