Mjellma started at RIT Kosovo in 2010 as the Executive Assistant in the President's Office. In 2011, she assisted with the Summer Program in 'Peacebuilding Post Conflict Transformation and Development' and in 2012 she became a Manager of the program. She provides support to all incoming students, exchange students and students participating in the Summer Program about faculty, courses, trips, accommodation, and life in Pristina.
Mjellma completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Pristina, Kosovo and her graduate degree at Staffordshire University, United Kingdom. She grew up in Pristina and Europe. She lived in Amsterdam, Holland for two years and moved to Antwerp, Belgium where she finished high school. Mjellma came back to Kosovo in 1999 to visit her family and decided to stay and help her country rebuild. She has three kids that she adores and loves traveling with her family.
Donjeta has been working for RIT Kosovo since 2011 in the Academic Affairs Office, as Academic Advisor. She is responsible for advising students, prepares academic and graduation plans for students, as well as monitoring the academic progress of students. She holds a Master's of Science degree in International and Comparative Education from Stockholm University in Stockholm, Sweden.
Borebardha has been working for RIT Kosovo since 2010 in the Academic Affairs Office, as Senior Academic Advisor. She is responsible for advising students, prepares academic and graduation plans for students, as well as monitoring the academic progress of students. She also assists Professional Master students in Public Service and Service Management.
Borebardha's background includes two years in financial audit practice in one of the big four global auditing firms in Kosovo. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double Major in Business Administration and International Business from Graceland University in Iowa, USA.
