Marija started at RIT Croatia in 2012 as the Administrative Services Coordinator on the Zagreb campus. She has been working at RIT Croatia for over four years now.  Prior to working for RIT Croatia, Marija worked for the Department of Justice Canada as a Senior Advisor in Staffing and Recruitment for four years. Currently, Marija is responsible for all Ombuds activities on the Zagreb campus and oversees the Academic Affairs unit.  She is also responsible for the visa and temporary stay process for all foreign faculty as well as coordinates the logistics for the MS SLI program offered on the Zagreb campus.

Marija graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of International Business and a minor in German. She is currently enrolled in the MS SLI program with RIT. She has lived in Austria, Canada, and Croatia and has traveled to the United States, Spain, France, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Slovakia, Morocco, England, and the UAE. She can speak basic German and is fluent in English, Croatian, and French. In her spare time, Marija likes to travel, spend time on the beach, hang out with family and friends, and try out new restaurants.

Petra works as a Career Service and Study Abroad Specialist at the Dubrovnik campus. She began to work for RIT Croatia in 2014 and her main responsibilities are creating co-op and employment opportunities for RIT Croatia students and graduates, administrative duties associated with co-op placements of RIT Croatia students, developing and managing study abroad recruitment and enrollment activities for students from the RIT Rochester campus and other RIT Global Campuses (i.e. Dubai, Kosovo) and study abroad of RIT Croatia students at the RIT Rochester campus and other RIT Global campuses, as well as to manage study abroad students' housing and other administrative duties.

Myles was born and raised in southern New Hampshire. He attended Syracuse University for both his undergraduate and graduate studies, where he graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy and a minor in Educational Studies. Later he obtained a Master of Science in Higher Postsecondary Education and a Certificate in Data Science from Syracuse University. As an undergraduate, he spent a summer abroad in Madrid, Spain. He has spent time abroad during personal travel to countries such as Colombia, Argentina, Italy, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Myles has been with RIT since the summer of 2023 as Global Programs Manager. Before that, he worked for Syracuse University for five and a half years in a similar role as an International Programs Advisor. In his spare time, he has volunteered as a tutor with Syracuse RISE (Refugee & Immigrant Self-Empowerment). He also finds time to pursue his love for outdoor activities such as roller skating, camping and hiking.

Marina works as the Career Services and Alumni Relations Manager and has been with RIT Croatia since 2012. Actually, Marina spent many more years with the institution as she is a former student. She earned her BS degree from RIT Croatia in 2007.

After completing her sophomore year, she spent a year working in the U.S. on a student internship program. That was her first long-term international experience and she would highly recommend it to any student. Besides living in the U.S., she has also visited Canada, China, Turkey, UK, Morocco, Italy, France, Spain, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, and few more European countries.

Marina's first job experience was in retail fashion where she spent more than five years working as Brand Director for a couple of fashion brands in the Croatian, Slovenian and Bosnian markets.  In 2012, Marina received her MS degree from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb with a concentration in strategy and corporate governance.

In her spare time, Marina loves anything related to fashion and also enjoys interior design. Above all, she enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures, wine and food.

Senior Academic Advisor - Dubrovnik

Draženka has been working for RIT Croatia since 2002. She is the Senior Academic Advisor on the Dubrovnik campus and is responsible for advising and guiding students on courses and academic standing in the IT and IHSM program. Draženka is also responsible for course planning, scheduling, and faculty support.

Draženka has a BS in English from the University of Sarajevo and a Master of Science in Public Relations and Communications from the University of Dubrovnik. She previously worked in tourism and as a teacher for 15 years in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. She fluently speaks English and Croatian. She has traveled to United States, Canada, Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Russia, Czech Republic, Ireland, France, Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, and England. In her spare time, she likes to travel, read, and take walks along the beach.
