Event submissions must be received at least four (4) weeks before the event date to receive promotional support, including registration setup.

Requests submitted with fewer than four weeks’ notice may still be considered for inclusion on the RIT and Saunders Events Calendars if resources allow. Additional self-service promotional options are available to help support your event. See additional options to consider to promote your events and activities.
