Carrie advises undergraduate students in the Software Engineering program with the last names A-G.
A WNY native and first-generation college student, Carrie holds her bachelors and master’s degrees in mathematics from SUNY College at Brockport. She found her interest in advising while an undergraduate student as a peer advisor at her community college. Prior to coming to the SE department, she spent several years working in RIT's College of Science in both advising and student services capacities. She has special interest helping transfer student populations, students in RIT’s Honors Program, as well as those on the autism spectrum.
When not at RIT, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family and doing outdoor activities such as gardening, hiking, bicycling, and camping.
