Rachael comes to us from Fort Drum, NY where she was an instructor in performance psychology and resilience for the last two and a half years. Prior to that she worked as a strategic academic mentor for first-year student-athletes at Florida State University, working with students one-on-one and developing their organizational and study skills. These last two opportunities allowed her to lean into helping others, and she is excited to make her way back to higher education and continue to expand upon her passion. She earned her M.S. in Educational Psychology from FSU, and her B.S. in Biology from St. Lawrence University.
