National Council - Mike Della Porta

Mike Della Porta is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Della Porta Consulting LLC, where he helps organizations achieve scalable growth and operational excellence through fractional leadership, strategic consulting, and executive training. With over 20 years of experience, Mike is known for driving transformation in technology, operations, business intelligence, security, and compliance.

Previously, Mike served as COO, CIO, and CTO at Butler/Till, leading a multi-year modernization that delivered record financial performance and industry recognition. He also co-founded and co-chaired the 4As Executive Roundtable for Agency Operations & Business Transformation, establishing the first industry standard for marketing agency operations. Mike now serves as an Expert Network Partner for the 4As.

Mike gives back through board service with Goodwill of the Finger Lakes and his alma mater, RIT’s Saunders College of Business MIS program, and the Golisano College of Computing & Information Sciences. He also serves as an Executive Training Partner and adjunct professor at RIT, helping to shape the next generation of technology leaders.
