Marnie R. Salisbury

Marnie Salisbury is the recently retired Managing Director of The MITRE Corporation’s Strategic Intelligence Division where she was responsible for MITRE’s impact and revenue for two major sponsors in the Intelligence Community. In her long career at MITRE, she has tackled complex technical, management, and policy challenges spanning organizations and stakeholders. Ms. Salisbury is known equally for her ability to launch new projects and to intervene in struggling ones. She can deconstruct complicated situations and develop strong rapport with people at all organizational levels.

Ms. Salisbury is an avid reader and podcast fan and appreciates a good debate. She is a passionate sports fan, following the Washington Nationals and the Penn State Nittany Lions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from George Mason University.
