Bio

Dr. Guszak is the President and Dean of RIT Croatia, where she leads the institution’s academic and strategic development. She holds a Ph.D. in Retail, and a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Zagreb.

 

Before joining RIT Croatia in 2013, she worked at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business, contributing to teaching and research, and developing, coordinating, and teaching  lifelong learning programs. 

 

She was appointed associate dean of RIT Croatia in 2017, contributing to strengthened academic quality, research institute status, and the expansion of multidisciplinary programs.

 

Her professional background also includes experience in the ICT industry in marketing, sales, and consulting. Her research focuses on retail, consumer behavior, and student satisfaction, with publications in academic journals and conference proceedings.

 

Dr. Guszak is the Vice President of the Croatian Conference of Universities of Applied Sciences and serves on the Executive Board of the Croatian Employers’ Association’ Association of Employers in Education.

An introduction to the field of marketing, stressing its role in the organization and society. Emphasis is on determining customer needs and wants and how the marketer can satisfy those needs through the controllable marketing variables of product, price, promotion and distribution.
