Startup Fair Program
October 18, 2025 (Saturday), RIT Croatia campus in Zagreb:
- 9:45 - 10:00h Registration
- 10:00 - 10:15h Introduction
- 10:15 - 11:00h The Backstory of Ding (Lecture by Tomislav Krišto)
- Tomislav Krišto is the co-founder and Head of Business Development at Ding, as well as the founder of Štreberaj, an educational center for students of the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. He will share with the participants what it was like to build a startup like Ding.
- 11:00 - 11:15h Short Break
- 11:15 - 12:15h Startup Spotlights (student startup presentations)
- 12:15 - 13:15h Exhibition (booths and activities on campus)
- 13:15 - 14:00h Inside the Mind of an Investor (Lecture by Ante Bilić)
- Ante Bilić is one of the cofounders of the Takeaway Reality and an investor in SQ Capital. By sharing his experience, Ante will talk about how investors think and what they look for in startups.
- 14:00 - 14:15 Closing of the Startup Fair

Note: The conference is delivered in English language and it is open to high school students.
Students as Conference Organizers
The Startup Fair is organized and led by our students who gain experience in the world of entrepreneurship during their education at RIT Croatia and want to share that knowledge with young people who have ideas but may not yet know how to develop them into successful business projects. Therefore, you can expect a day filled with inspirational stories from the world of entrepreneurship. During the fair, you will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the Croatian startup scene through lectures and diverse activities.
No prior knowledge is required to participate. So, let the Startup Fair be your first step into the world of entrepreneurship!
