Food Trucks

We seek to bring new flavors to campus by partnering with and supporting local food trucks. Each food truck enhances the cuisine we have readily available on campus. 

Food trucks are available Friday through Sunday during the warmer months on campus, typically August through October and April. Campus special events may also feature food trucks. These are sporadic but open to the RIT community unless otherwise stated. Food truck schedules can be found at rit.edu/events.

Become a Partner

During one visit, your business will be exposed to over 7,000 students, faculty, and staff. Our food truck program takes place on the weekends in the fall and spring semesters. We do not operate during the winter season. We have up to six food trucks per day and rotate food trucks each day. Our food truck rodeos have a balanced and diverse food selection, allowing each partner to showcase their signature cuisines and dishes.
