Welcome to Gracie’s
As the largest dining location, we serve an all-you-care-to-eat menu with daily rotating meals. We are peanut- and tree-nut-free, except for the coconut. You will find the largest selection of plant-based options, brick-oven pizza, daily specials, barbecue, desserts, rotating international cuisines, and weekend brunch.
We serve gluten-free and vegan foods daily at our allergen-friendly station, designated by the purple utensils and staff aprons. This station eliminates nine allergens – crustacean shellfish, eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame seeds, tree nuts, wheat, and gluten.
We have two different closing times for stations. The carvery, desserts, international, pasta, and waffle stations close at 8:15 p.m., and the allergen-friendly, BBQ, salad bar, pizza, and ice cream stations close at 9 p.m.

"Gracie's does a good job of having something different on the menu for every day in the week"
Allergen Friendly
We are a peanut and tree-nut-free facility (except for coconut). Our staff verifies every food item used in production to ensure it does not contain peanuts or tree nuts. Additionally, we ensure that the food does not come into contact with these allergens during the manufacturing process.
Our Simply Eats station does not contain 8 of the top 9 allergens: peanuts, tree nuts (except coconut), wheat, gluten, egg, milk, shellfish, fish, and sesame. However, it does serve products that contain soy. The purple serving utensils identify this station, and our chef wears a purple chef's coat.
Payments Accepted
All of our locations are cashless. We accept Dining Dollars, Tiger Bucks, VISA/Mastercard, Apple/Android Pay, and RIT mobile pay through Tiger Spend.
Reserve a Space
We have a conference room that comfortably accommodates up to eight people. It has a screen with HDMI connections and may be reserved for current students, clubs, faculty, and staff.
Additionally, we work with student organizations and clubs to host events. Contact our staff for more information.
Transforming Gracie's
With over 5,000 square feet of kitchen space, Gracie’s is RIT Dining’s biggest dining facility and home to one of the largest kitchens in the Rochester area. Renovations began in 2019 with phase two being completed in August 2021 to curate a space that was open, bright, and inviting place to grab a bite to eat. Improvements include a state-of-the-art food production facility with a carving station and build-your-own menus. The allergen station was expanded to eliminate seven of the top eight allergens while increasing gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian menu items.
