Building Maintenance

The Building Maintenance staff is responsible for maintaining all interior and exterior building components.

These responsibilities include:

  • Plumbing and natural gas service
  • Walls, floors, and ceilings
  • Doors, locks, and hardware keys for all door-mounted locking devices
  • Interior and exterior signage
  • Painting and carpet replacement
  • Building exteriors (roofs, windows, and brick)
