Vendor and Contractor Information
Design and Construction Guidelines
The RIT Design and Construction Guidelines (DCG) provide product specifications and performance requirements for use in creating and developing the bid and construction documents. The goal is to provide consistent aesthetics, maintainability, and quality of RIT’s built environment. They do not supersede any municipal codes or standards. RIT reserves the right to deviate from the DCG on a case-by-case basis depending on specific project requirements.
The DCG are formatted per the CSI 2016 MasterFormat. Divisions and sections are identified below, and each division includes a downloadable "Full Division ## PDF" file. Note that some additional forms and webpages are linked within each division.
