Interested in hosting an event at RIT, please contact the Office of Special Events and Conferences. Our team provides comprehensive event management services, including:
Event Request Form
This form helps us understand your event needs and allows us to assess the availability of RIT facilities and services that may support your request.
To get started, click the Event Request Form box below select the “Non‑RIT Login” option, create an account and enter your event details.
Once your submission has been reviewed, and if RIT is able to accommodate your event, we will provide a Facility Use and Service Contract and request a non‑refundable deposit.
