Description:
Repetition Rebellion (RR) is an App used by a client with their clinician in mapping out a plan for therapy (gamer style) and journaling in a playful manner. They work together to create a character that represents the client's externalized problem and discuss therapeutic tools and approaches. These are made visible with selected icons that equip the client's "utility belt". They collaborate to set goals--as missions--to be accomplished between visits. The App is a digital platform for enhancing client therapy, client/clinician communication and information sharing and can be widely applied to mental, emotional and behavioral health, and even tracking ongoing strategies such as physical therapy, beyond youth mental and emotional health. RR provides a more strength-based, solution-focused, data-driven, responsive, and personalized option for care. It makes therapy more personal, agile, interactive and efficient. The collaborative nature of its use gives the client co-ownership of their care, allowing for a more person-centered approach.
