Jenna Deutsch

'13 BS Advertising and Public Relations

Jenna Deutsch is an accomplished Program Manager and community builder with over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams and launching consumer technology products at companies including SharkNinja, iRobot, Peloton, Bose, and Fitbit. Most recently, she transitioned into the marketing technology space, where she works as a Project Manager at The Home Depot.

A 2013 graduate of RIT’s College of Liberal Arts, Jenna earned her B.S. in Advertising and Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. She later completed her MBA in Digital Entrepreneurship and holds both PMP and Certified Scrum Master certifications. While at RIT, Jenna served as President of the Iota Psi Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha, worked as a Resident Advisor, and held roles with RIT SportsZone and RIT Sports Information.

Known for her customer-first mindset and passion for process improvement, Jenna has led end-to-end product development and commercialization for high-profile launches. She has built and scaled global product testing programs and regularly partners with engineering, product, and research teams to drive usability, accessibility, and data-informed decision-making.

Beyond her professional work, Jenna is a dedicated volunteer and advocate for inclusive wellness. She currently serves as a community outreach volunteer for Fit to Function, a Boston-based nonprofit supporting adaptive fitness for individuals with disabilities and neurological conditions. She also owns Perfectly Aligned, a home organizing and event planning business focused on sustainable decorating, and resells curated thrifted finds at the Boston-area vintage maker’s market Salvage Angel under the name FOUND by Perfectly Aligned.

In 2025, Jenna joined RIT’s College of Liberal Arts National Council following her service on the Alumni Association Board of Directors from 2022–2024. She lives in Boston with her mini wirehaired dachshund, Dunkin’, and enjoys traveling, cooking and baking, working out, reading, and thrifting.
