NSF Virtual Grants Conference Announced

NSF has announced the dates for the Spring 2022 Virtual Grants conference: June 6 - 10, 2022. Just like the in-person grants conferences, the NSF Virtual Grants Conference is a must, especially for new faculty, researchers and administrators.Highlights include:

NSF Requiring Research.gov for Proposal Submission

Innovating and migrating proposal preparation and submission capabilities from FastLane to Research.gov is part of the ongoing NSF information technology modernization efforts. Since the issuance of NSF Important Notice No. 147 in September 2020, NSF has been gradually removing FastLane as a submission option in program solicitations to increase Research.gov proposal submissions.

New York State Center of Excellence in Data Science

The New York State Center of Excellence in Data Science at the University of Rochester invites academia-industry collaborative research proposals, with a deadline of April 30, 2022.

The maximum budget allowed in this solicitation is $60,000 per project.

Upward Bound Math and Science

Synopsis.

The Upward Bound Math and Science program is designed to strengthen the math and science skills of low-income, first-generations high-school students. The goal of the program is to help students recognize and develop their potential to excel in math and science and to encourage them to pursue postsecondary degrees in math and science, and ultimately careers in the math and science profession.

NASA Space Technology - Early Career Faculty

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Headquarters has released a solicitation, titled Early Career Faculty (ECF), as an appendix to the Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD) umbrella NASA Research Announcement (NRA) titled "Space Technology Research, Development, Demonstration, and Infusion 2022 (SpaceTech-REDDI-2022), on February 2, 2022.
