We are pleased to welcome two new Faculty Fellows to our ranks this year. Our Fellows program is designed to facilitate confidential peer to peer mentorship and support around either key disciplines and key areas of expertise that speak to teaching generally. Matthew Vollmer joins us from Saunders College to represent the Business discipline, an award-winning educator specializing in AI teaching techniques, he creates dynamic, student-centered learning experiences using multimedia resources and cutting-edge instructional technologies. His courses move beyond traditional textbooks, incorporating experiential learning and flipped classroom models to build critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Matthew also leads research labs where students tackle real-world challenges and looks forward to collaborating across campus to advance teaching and student success.

Andrew Wheeland joins us from GGCIS as our new Computing Fellow and looks forward to sharing expertise in user experience, the in-class critique method, AI in instruction and general technology infusion in course design and creative pedagogy. He is an expert on gamifying pedagogy and was recently nominated by students for his effective use of myCourses. He currently teaches web design, game development, and user experience design. With a background spanning digital media, public broadcasting, and game design, he's passionate about connecting people through interactive experiences.
