RIT Offers Free Series of Religious Life Talks
Feed both body and mind with a new weekly series at Rochester Institute of Technology, sponsored by the Center for Religious Life. A noontime brown bag series, “Coat of Many Colors,” will held in the Skalny Room of the Interfaith Center at 12:10 p.m. each Thursday, presenting discussions from various religious traditions.
Religious communities which tend to be out of the mainline traditions or that have a history of dissenting from those traditions will be discussed and explored by its representatives.
Religions up for discussion are:
- Jan. 20: Baha'i
- Jan. 27: Sufi
- Feb. 3: Society of Friends
- Feb. 17: Sikh
- Feb. 24: Unitarian Universalism
- March 10: Seventh Day Adventist
- March 17: Spiritualism
- March 24: Wicca
