Celebrity and Advertising Photographer to Speak at RIT Jan. 14
Kareem Black kicks off Charles Arnold Lecture Series

Kareem Black may not be a household name, but his advertising photography work is recognizable. Black has shot campaigns for Vitamin Water, Burger King, Verizon and Kool-Aid, to name just a few. His celebrity subjects include Bradley Cooper, Kanye West, Justin Long and Spike Lee.
The celebrity and advertising photographer and director will give a presentation at Rochester Institute of Technology at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the Chester F. Carlson Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.
Black is a New York-based photographer and director. He attended the School of Visual Arts.
Black’s presentation is part of the Charles Arnold Lecture Series. Arnold is a former RIT photography professor who has won national and international awards as a photographer, printmaker and xerographic artist. For more information about the lecture, call (585) 475-2770.
