Since 1976, the annual HERS Bryn Mawr Summer Institute for Women in Higher Education Administration has provided female faculty and administrators with an intensive program that prepares them to be leaders in higher education.

Sixty-seven participants represented 63 institutions from across the U.S. this year. Over the past five years, three RIT faculty members and administrators have been sponsored to participate in HERS Institutes at Bryn Mawr College, Wellesley College or the University of Denver.
