Unruh-Kracke, an industrial design graduate student from Rochester, N.Y., worked with his team during the Saunders Summer Start-Up program to further develop ThermApparel, a concept for a lower cost, discreet, flexible garment that assists multiple sclerosis patients by regulating body temperature in hot weather. Eleven student teams participated in the program aimed at assisting entrepreneurs and innovators in developing their business concepts to a point where they are ready to begin to seek angel investment.
