Title IX and Sexual Misconduct Climate Survey Launches Today
As a part of the ongoing effort to ensure the RIT community is safe and aware of options for getting help, students are invited to take the 2022 Student Sexual Misconduct Climate Survey. The survey launches today and will remain open until March 13, 2022. Students will receive an email inviting them to take the survey and receive reminders if they have not completed it. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
By taking the survey, students are helping to increase the understanding of the student experience related to sexual misconduct, including harassment and stalking. Responses will be completely anonymous. RIT will share results by early fall. The findings from the survey will be used to help inform strategic prevention and awareness efforts.
The climate survey is administered biennially as a requirement of NYS Education Law 129-B (Enough is Enough). The survey is for full-time and part-time undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, not faculty, administrators, or other university employees. The survey will be available in ASL. More information is available on the Title IX website.
