Social media profile graphics for RIT entities should prioritize clarity, consistency, and strong brand recognition. Acceptable variations may include the RIT mark or an approved sub-brand lockup.

In most cases, the recommended approach is to use the official RIT mark as the profile image, since the full college, division, or program name is already displayed prominently on the account page itself. This creates a clean, unified presence across platforms while reinforcing institutional identity.

Should it be necessary or desired to include the college, division, or program name within the profile image, the graphic should use the approved lockup on a white background with orange and black to maintain brand standards and readability.
