WHAT YOU'LL DO?

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering technical presentations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
  • Provide technical support throughout the sales process.
  • Help create technical documentation and sales materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitors.
  • Shadow experienced Solution Engineers and observe successful sales strategies in action.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from potential clients.
  • Stay updated on our products, technologies, and industry developments.
  • Support the design and implementation of client solutions using modern technologies and project methodologies.

WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT?

  • Final year student or graduate in engineering, technology, computer science, or a similar field.
  • Strong interest in technology and its application in a sales context.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex concepts.
  • Problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions to clients' challenges.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

YOUR ROLE:

 We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be a part of our L’Oréal team and be a driving force in the future of beauty industry. Position of Consumer Care Intern requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:

  • Managing interactions across our brands' social media channels, live chat, phones and e-mails to offer an excellent consumer experience and create engaging conversations.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service by providing detailed information about our products, brands and the Group.
  • Cooperating closely with Marketing, Digital, Legal, Scientific and Corporate Communication teams.
  • Reaching KPIs while ensuring the high qualitative standard of the service provided.
  • Acting as an in-house consumer care insights expert who connects consumers to the business by generating actionable reports that leads to optimization and efficiency in performance.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

  • Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Is an efficient multi-tasker
  • Has high orientation to details
  • Works with responsibility and autonomy
  • Is skilled in MS Office (with focus on Word and Excel)
  • Fluent in English and Croatian language (Slovenian is a plus)

Internship Opportunity: HR Assistant

Location: Job Trust Offices, Thessaloniki, Greece

About the Position

Job Trust is offering an exciting internship opportunity for motivated students who wish to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within an international working environment.

Internship Duration

  • 1–3 months, depending on the student’s availability
  • Available periods: January–June & September–November

Key Responsibilities

  • Entering CVs from various sources into the company database (creating applicant profiles and uploading CVs and photos)
  • Communicating with applicants via phone regarding job offers, arrival details, missing documents, and photos, and updating internal records accordingly
  • Conducting interviews with applicants
  • Completing Erasmus documentation for accepted students
  • Performing online research on universities and hotels across the EU
  • Supporting and managing social media activities

Requirements

  • Student eligible to apply for Erasmus internship 
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of any additional foreign language is considered an advantage
