EduFest 2025 to host first national showcase of universities of applied sciences

EduFest 2025, Croatia’s largest higher education festival, will host the first-ever showcase of universities of applied sciences, thanks to a new partnership between the Croatian Conference of Universities of Applied Sciences and the Institute for the Development of Education (IRO). This year’s EduFest will take place on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, in the lobby of the National and University Library in Zagreb, located at Ulica Hrvatske bratske zajednice 4. Through this new partnership, universities of applied sciences in Croatia, including RIT Croatia, will have the opportunity to present their academic programs, admission requirements, funding opportunities, internships, and other student-focused initiatives—all in one place. The Showcase of Universities of Applied Sciences will highlight the vital role that these institutions and professional studies play in supporting economic and social development, as well as in helping young people achieve their career goals.
EduFest gathers over 2,000 attendees and a diverse lineup of institutions—ranging from universities and polytechnics to ministries, embassies, companies, and cultural centers. In addition to the exhibitor area, the event offers interactive workshops, panels, and lectures, with a focus on the importance of practical training in career development.
