Their diverse expertise and passion for education will undoubtedly enrich our academic community and provide students with invaluable real-world insights. Dr. Jasenka Čengić

Dr. Jasenka Čengić is joining our Zagreb campus to teach Critical Reading and Writing. With a Ph.D. in Second/Foreign Language Education and Applied Linguistics from the University of Zagreb, she brings a wealth of knowledge from her research on foreign language aptitude. Her extensive experience spans primary, secondary, and higher education, giving her a unique perspective on teaching.

Students can expect engaging, research-informed classes that encourage critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. Jasenka's goal is to connect theory with practice while fostering a supportive and motivating classroom environment. She is fascinated by how language shapes us and its relationship with socioeconomic circumstances. She looks forward to sharing her passion for languages and education while contributing to our students' learning journeys.

Nathaniel Miller

Joining the New Media Design program, Nathaniel Miller will be teaching 2D Design. Originally from the Washington D.C. area, Nathaniel is a seasoned creative professional with over 26 years of experience. He holds two bachelor's degrees from Parsons School of Design and Eugene Lang College in Illustration and Writing/Literature. His impressive career includes working in publishing and advertising, where he became an art director for a major American telecom company.

After living in Switzerland and now Croatia, Nathaniel has spent the last 13 years creating branding, graphic design, illustration, and copywriting for a variety of clients. He looks forward to sharing his knowledge and real-world experience to help students build a solid foundation of skills. He hopes his students will develop a strong language of visual thought, fueling a lifetime of curiosity and playful creativity.

Keith Rand

We are excited to welcome Keith Rand to the Global Business Management program, where he will teach the Global Business Environment course. As the Founder of Radius Real Estate Consulting, a fintech, and a real estate entrepreneur, Keith brings extensive senior-level experience from companies like J.P. Morgan, Silverstein Properties, and Greystar. There, he oversaw more than $3 billion in commercial real estate investments.

An accomplished scholar, Keith holds a B.A. from Duke University, an MBA from the Wharton School, and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional with a strong interest in environmental sustainability and public policy. Students in his class can expect an applied, discussion-driven course that links institutions, geopolitics, and markets to real business decisions. Keith is passionate about building better, more sustainable cities and is happy to mentor students pursuing careers in real estate, finance, government, or entrepreneurship.

Davorin Švaner

Another fantastic addition to our New Media Design program is Davorin Švaner, who will be teaching Motion Graphics. Davorin holds a five-year Master's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Zagreb. With over 15 years of professional experience, he has worked across diverse industries as a Graphic and Motion Designer, specializing in visual storytelling and animation. His career is built on delivering high-quality creative work under tight deadlines while constantly pushing creative boundaries.

Students can expect a dynamic, hands-on, and engaging learning experience. Davorin's class combines strong technical expertise with a passion for storytelling and design, encouraging students to experiment and develop their own unique voice. His goal is to create a supportive and inspiring environment where lessons are both practical and enjoyable.
