Following the success of our initiatives at RIT Croatia, the Women in Business Club proudly presents the second Women in Leadership Conference open to the general public. We are thrilled to extend our reach and invite high school students, students from other private institutions and public universities, and aspiring graduates to join us! With over 130 members, the Women in Business Club has built a strong community of ambitious and motivated women.
Our Goals:
- Promote women’s entrepreneurship through education and first-hand experience.
- Share successful stories of women in business' career growth and accomplishments.
- Inspire a supportive community to empower women in personal and professional development.
What makes this conference unique?
From the program to the selection of speakers—everything has been organized by members of our club. During the conference, you can expect inspiring discussions, high-quality panels, and real-life success stories from women in fields such as entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, human resources, politics, and other industries.
