Aric Dershem joined National Heritage Academies in 1997 and currently serves as the Vice President of Administration. In this role, Aric leads the critical functions that support an organization of 90+ charter schools spanning nine states. He focuses on delivering high quality internal services to the employees who serve NHA’s students and families each day. Specifically, Aric provides organizational leadership to the Information Technology, Facilities & Construction, Safety & Health, Project Management Office and the New School Opening team. As a leader, he is inspired to work with committed and caring people who want to be their best and do their best every day to make a difference in the lives of families and children.

Aric holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Hope College (Holland, MI), a M.S. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University (Bloomington, IN) and an Executive MBA from R.I.T. He currently resides in Grand Rapids, MI with his wife and family.
