Why did you decide on the Executive MBA program?
I chose the Executive MBA program because I wanted to round out my knowledge in all areas of business and learn about new tools, ideas and ways of thinking to help my company grow.
What is your best piece of advice?
Whether you are running a company, a division, or leading a team, listen—Not just nodding your head and then going and doing what you think is right, but to really listen what your team members think they need to succeed and enable them.
If you had to do it all over again, would you?
Yes, it was an extremely rigorous program but I would not be nearly as well equipped to deal with the business of business as I am today. The Executive MBA offered me the greatest value because I was applying what I learned in class directly to the workplace, which best fit my learning style.
