Ditch the Disposables and switch to reusables! In an effort to make RIT greener, plastic bags, straws, and stirrers have been removed from service at RIT Dining owned and operated locations, effective January 31, 2020. Paper bags and paper straws are available upon request only. Wood stirrers will be readily available.
The farm is housed inside a 40 foot upcylced shipping container that uses innovative climate control technology and growing equipment to create the perfect growing environment 365 days a year, regardless of geographic location.
Dining Express is an alternative option for your basic Catering needs. Our menu provides for convenient pick-up and quick drop-off delivery service from several campus dining locations. We offer quality, fast and convenient service.
