Note: A final attendance guarantee, if different from the number of participants indicated on this application must be received in writing ten (10) business days prior to the conference arrival date, or the number of participants on your application becomes your final attendance guarantee.

HOUSING REQUIREMENTS

By marking “Yes” to this preference, you are not guaranteed to secure air-conditioned residence hall spaces as they may not be available during your group’s stay

 

  • Only adult and non athletic groups.
  • Five single bedrooms within each suite.
  • All Global Village buildings have access to a kitchen.

By marking single with kitchen, you are not guaranteed that style suite, as they may not be available during your group’s stay.

 

Note: Buildings will be locked 24/7 for security purposes.  If your group consists of youth (under the age of 18), it is recommended that chaperons are the only participants to receive exterior door/elevator card access in order to monitor and control the activity of the group. It is the chaperone’s responsibility to handle their participant’s lock-outs.

All beds are de-bunked upon a group’s arrival to the residence halls. If you would like the beds to be bunked, an additional labor charge of $10.00 per bed will be added to your final bill.

LINEN SERVICE

Linen are available for use during your state. Linen bundles are available and are due with the roster.

Traditional Set: $10.75 per person. Set Includes two flat sheets, two towels, one washcloth, and one cotton blanket

Full Set: $15.25 per person. Set Includes two flat sheets, two towels, one washcloth, one cotton blanket, one pillow, and one pillowcase

Additional Linen Request: (ex. washcloths, blankets, towels. Additional charge.)
