Housing
RIT Summer Conference Housing is available from May 24, 2024 - August 1, 2024
Applications for summer housing will open on January 8, 2024, and are due by April 8, 2024.
Conference Planning
Each year RIT Housing welcomes hundreds of guests to campus who participate in summer conferences. We offer housing accommodations for adult and youth guests, meeting spaces, linen services, and assistance with planning your conference housing.
RIT/NTID Department
RIT/NTID departments interested in summer conference housing may apply through our online application form.
External Organization
All external organizations who wish to utilize RIT facilities must first contact the Office of Special Events & Conferences so arrangements can be made by an event planner.
Services
Youth Programming
The Office of Youth Protection and Compliance assists with the requirements needed to organize an activity or event that involves minors who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian.
Dining
RIT Dining coordinates meal and dining accommodations for all summer conference guests and groups making the process easy and convenient.
Duty Staff
Summer staff is on-call each night from 4:30 p.m. until 11 p.m. when the Summer Housing Office is not open.

- Linen Set $35 (Sheets, two towels, one washcloth, cotton blanket)
- Pillow & Pillow Case $10
- Linen Refresh $30 (every 3 weeks)
- Fleece Blanket $12
