On Wednesday, August 20, and Thursday, August 21, 2025 the College of Liberal Arts has a fun and engaging program of events and activities designed to get you connected to your academic advisor and faculty in your major, meet other new students like you, and set yourself up for a stellar first year, including: 

• Meeting the College of Liberal Arts Dean
• Meeting Your Academic Advisor and the College of Liberal Arts Student Services team
• Lunch and lawn games
• Open, on-the-spot academic advising
• Workshop: Time Managment
• Workshop: Emotional Intelligence
