Christopher Woodfill, Interagency Coordinating Council Executive Director

From Gallaudet University

In January, the State of New York announced reestablishing the Interagency Coordinating Council on Services to Persons who are Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing within the Office of the Chief Disability Officer. Alumnus Christopher Woodfill, '97, (Gallaudet) has been appointed as the State's first Interagency Coordinating Council Executive Director. With the support of New York Governor Kathy Hochul, we eagerly anticipate the positive changes and increased access and resources, aiming to create a better quality of life for all New Yorkers with disabilities.
