Fred Smith Courtyard and Tiger Statue

The Fred Smith Courtyard and adjacent Tiger Statue area are reservable outdoor spaces that may be booked together or separately.

These open-air areas are best suited for tabling events, informational outreach, and event overflow. The space does not include furniture and should be used for standing or temporary setups only.

To reserve the courtyard, log in to RIT’s Event Management System (EMS), select “Create a Reservation” from the menu on the left, then click the “Book Now” button for “Request Meeting/Event Space.”

Saturday-Sunday
8 a.m. – Midnight
