Flexible Spaces for Events, Exhibitions, and Collaboration

The SHED offers a variety of flexible spaces that support lectures, performances, showcases, receptions, exhibitions, conferences, workshops, tabling events, and collaborative programming. Spaces throughout the building are designed to adapt to multiple event formats while maintaining the innovative and active atmosphere that defines the SHED.

Our team works closely with campus and external partners to coordinate room reservations, event logistics, technology support, furniture configurations, and operational planning.

External Guests

External guests may reserve approved SHED spaces for events. Rental fees, labor charges, custodial support, and setup costs may apply depending on the space, event type, and requested services.
