Appointments and Hours

The Student Health Center staff includes two part-time RID certified sign language interpreters with special training in Healthcare Interpreting. Students who are registered with the Student Health Center as deaf and hard-of-hearing are automatically scheduled with an interpreter for appointments.

Hours of Operation

Fall 2021

August 23 - December 15

Monday - Thursday 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
CLOSED Wednesdays 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

COVID-19 questions can be addressed on weekends using the Patient Chat system from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

If you are in need of health advice for immediate medical concerns when the Student Health Center is closed, call 585-475-2255 and select the nurse advice option.

Patient Chat

Patient Chat is a live chat available on the Wellness Portal Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Students can use the live chat to ask Student Health Center staff questions regarding immunizations, required forms, insurance, or appointment scheduling.
