My name is Cody Sponholz and I look forward to meeting you to assist with your healthcare needs here at the Student Health Center. I have a background and specialization in orthopedics and sports medicine. I have a particular passion for treating athletes, and active college students and help them to live an active and healthy lifestyle with a personalized approach to help each patient meet their particular treatment goals. I also enjoy and have extensive experience working with head injuries such as concussions and migraine management, as well as conducting various procedural interventions such as laceration repair, fracture care, and wound care. I take particular time and care to get to know each patient personally and build strong relationships through providing empathetic, culturally competent and individualized care. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife, son and our pets as well as enjoying the outdoors, cooking, and golfing.
