The 2010 Imagine RIT: Innovation and Creativity Festival is less than 100 days away. In order to be considered for a spot in the Gordon Field House and Activities Center, proposals must be submitted by Feb. 1.

Time to be a part of RIT’s signature event, the Imagine RIT: Innovation and Creativity Festival, is quickly evaporating. In order to be considered for a spot in the Gordon Field House and Activities Center, one of the most popular attractions on festival day, exhibitors must have their proposals submitted by Feb. 1.

Imagine RIT organizers are seeking student, faculty and staff interactive presentations, hands-on demonstrations, performances and research projects that highlight the innovation and creativity that exist on the RIT campus. While the festival, which is in its third year, will feature exhibits that are new and different—favorites from past years are also welcomed.

“Imagine RIT has quickly become a major event in the Rochester community,” says Andrew Quagliata, chair of the festival’s program committee. “People are excited to see what we will think of next. May 1 is our chance to show off the ingenuity that exists at RIT.”
